I usually start to sketch the drawing using a 2HB pencil but on this occasion I first sketched the design with an erasable flesh colored pencil (this way I avoid possible smudges from the graphite pencil) I took pictures of this step but the lines were so clear that they were almost invisible.

Usualmente comienzo a hacer el boceto del dibujo utilizando un lápiz 2HB pero en esta ocasión primero hice el boceto del diseño con un lápiz de color carne borrable (de esta forma evito posibles machas por el lápiz grafito) le tome fotos a este paso pero las líneas eran tan claras que casi no se percibían.

Next, I painted the kitten with three shades of brown, at this point I took the opportunity to use several colors that I have had set aside for years, I have only used them to make details in other drawings, but not anymore, today they are in the main drawing.

Seguido, pinte al gatito con tres tonos de marrón, en este punto aproveche para usar varios colores que he tenido apartados desde hace años solamente los he utilizado para hacer detalles en otros dibujos, pero ya no, hoy estan en el dibujo principal.

For a long time I wanted to make a drawing where I used only pastel tones and this has been the ideal occasion, the colors I used are of the Crisvi brand in terms of quality is not as efficient as other better known but still you can get very nice results.

Desde hace tiempo quería hacer un dibujo en donde utilizara solamente tonos pasteles y esta ha sido la ocasión ideal, los colores que use son de la marca Crisvi en cuanto a calidad no es tan eficiente como otras más conocidas pero igualmente se pueden obtener resultados muy bonitos.

Finally I finished coloring the background using five different tones, I love colorful things and these tones especially are very tender so they combine very well with the cat the main character of this work.

Por último termine de colorear el fondo utilice cinco tonos diferentes, me encantan las cosas coloridas y estos tonos especialmente son muy tiernos asique combinan muy bien con el gato el protagonista de esta obra.
