i myself would put 'lacklustre effort' and therefore 'generic humans' down to the parents though. i was very poor growing up but in other ways i was richer than those with family house. i had classic novels.

i put a lot of that down to the passion of teachers though. if its 'just a paycheck' then you will get 'same as the last set' of generic moulded humans but if the teacher has passion for what they do,
