Sometimes it is just way to hot here to walk barefoot. Our temperatures can climb up to 48'C during the summer, it has reached 55 last December, so walking barefoot doesn't happen as often as we like but

In Social Studies, I think Grade 6 or 7 in the Namibian Curriculum we teach the children about different preservation methods eg. Salt preservation.Last year they "mummified" different apples

Thank you @joanstewart. I read an article a while back that a Pediatrician specializing in ADHD etc wrote and he stated that 90% of all patients he evaluates are on the medication because of the teacher.
