If it were up to me, I wouldn't have done it, but my husband is adventurous and a 'risk-taker'. All worked out well so I'm trying to not be such a skeptic in future situations.

Our experiences in Jericho were good. The people were friendly and helpful; prices were cheaper than Israel. The Mount of Temptation was a worthwhile place to visit.

Yes, Bethsaida is a town. We are standing at the signpost on the main road indicating the entrance to the town which is just a little way off.

You are absolutely right. Mount Hermon is a more likely possibility than Mount Tabor because of the events that transpired beforehand.
