The physical body is actually just the _shadow_ of the mind, and is simply a form which follows us around in life, mimicking our thoughts with action.

Have you ever felt joy in your life?

Got Cataracts?

Much research has been done on the causes of cataracts in the eyes, yet the body is the shadow of the mind, and the cause of any affliction can be traced back to that mind-- that sketcher of dreams and fears-- able to rumble the atomic structure of the world upon a whim.

It may start in the lower back as a feeling of excitement, then filling the torso with it’s warm hum, finally reaching to the top of the head, and beyond.

Feel it, notice the joy, then imagine that it is a vibration, a _resonance_ that you are feeling. _When you find that joy, you’ll feel it._

By ‘seeing’ the joy in our futures, we are essentially telling our eyes that we would like to see that joy now, and by feeling the joy in advance, we can set up a whole new resonance within our bodies, a resonance that we can live with, and a vibration that we can actually enjoy now.

If we have no joy in our future, then we might give up trying to _see_ that joy, and our bodies can begin to suffer for it.

_Find Some Joy in Your Future_

While the present moment is all that really is, our ego mind has a way of reaching into the past and envisioning the future, bringing those imaginary worlds into the moment. Being a fearful apparatus, the ego tends to find fearful things in the future, dragging them back to the present as if to warn us of the dangers that wait for us.

That ego mind will have to wait, though, when we choose to envision a future with joy in it. We can look into the future with more clarity and more discernment than ego can do, and we manufacture the future thusly.

Bring That Joy Home!

Find that joy in your future-- that joy that was already there, but was overlooked before.

Is it a new promising relationship that brings joy to your future, a joy that could be brought into the ‘now’? Frequency Generators

The technology exists; ‘frequency generators’-- or devices which emit sound, light or radio waves-- which can be used to vibrate away kidney stones, possibly even shattering pathogens and unwanted parasites in the body, but such technology is only copying us, since our minds are the best frequency generators ever made. Next time you get excited about something, take a moment to ‘feel’ the excitement in your hips, back and chest. Practice generating that vibration, and test out the ‘joy’ feature, that default setting that we were born with before ego tried to take over the physical world with it’s fears and gloomy forecasts.

Find the joy in your future, bring it home, and take that joy and rub it all over yourself like fine coconut oil. You will probably feel better, you might begin to _see_ better, and with the frequency generator that is your mind, you have the ability to make your world better.
