Hi Peter First, you've got your zones messed up - that's a demand zone! But yes, the principle is that the zones get "emptied" the more they are tested and then we see price break through them.

Yes, it's essentially acting as a support/resistance line, so the more times that it's hit, the less effective it is I only look to trade at first time back to fresh levels because it'll get the majority

The first test of that resistance is more what I would've liked to have seen personally. Slow build up and a load of bearish and indecisive candles. I fall guilty of what your overall post is saying sometimes.

It's the same with flags. Any small consolidation and people start marking them just because they can see them! This is why I do what I do on here! Not many listen though. It's too much hard work ;-)

I would've exited just a bit lower, where there's a bit of a line up with a previous wick. But yes, if you've got the correct zones marked, it makes everything a hell of a lot easier!
