Yeah, the rental business can be quite lucrative, especially when you use the right leverage (at the right cost) and especially when you do it at the right time - market dips are massive opportunities

It's definitely risk that ALL landlords should be concerned about - typically, we've found that newer landlords/property owners ready to pick up their first rental property are much more likely to take
