Nice selection of bikes, here in the UK you can't ride a cbr600 until either 21 after riding 2 years on what we call an A2 Licence, or if you are 24 you can get a full licence and would be able to ride

Yes so the "L" plates on front and back mean that the rider is a Learner, it means they only have a provisional licence, in the UK we have something called a CBT (Compulsory Basic Training).
