Hello people, hope you’re doing well! Here’s your Hivefriend Manuel—yeah, the one who tells you the video game until you fall asleep. Today, it’s Chapter Two of RE2 Remake, right where we left off last time… (hopefully it won’t be too long).

Aparentemente a salvo en el interior de la comisaria nos encontramos la gigantesca sala principal completamente desolada, en una mesa un ordenador portatil nos muestra una grabacion de una camara de seguridad de un agente en peligro en el interior. Nuestra chica decidida a ayudarlo se dirige hacia el pasando por un pasillo con ausencia total de luz y el suelo inundado de agua, al final del pasillo, cuerpos en el suelo y una voz detrás de una puerta gritando "abrid abrid", abrimos la persiana, solo lo suficiente y logramos ayudar al agente pero... solo de cintura para arriba porque en cuestiones de segundos, los no muertos habian devorado sus piernas, "dile a Marvin", las ultimas palabras del policia y en su mano un cuaderno que nos iba a ser de gran ayuda. Ya con la mision acometida, o al menos de haberlo intentado, regresamos por el mismo pasillo que para sorpresa de nosotros ahora si deambulaban infectados, esquivamos y al escabullirnos por la persiana que da a la sala principal un no muerto nos toma la pierna en el ultimo momento, nos esperaba el mismo destino que el del agente recien visto?

Apparently safe inside the police station, we find ourselves in the gigantic main hall, completely desolate. On a desk, a laptop shows us a security camera recording of an officer in danger inside. Our girl, determined to help him, heads toward him through a corridor plunged in total darkness, the floor flooded with water. At the end of the corridor, bodies lie on the ground and a voice behind a door shouts 'Open, open!' We lift the shutter just enough and manage to help the officer—but only from the waist up, because within seconds the undead had devoured his legs. 'Tell Marvin,' the officer’s last words, and in his hand a notebook that would prove very useful to us.

With the mission accomplished—or at least attempted—we return through the same corridor, but to our surprise, now infected wander there. We dodge them, and as we slip back through the shutter leading to the main hall, a zombie grabs our leg at the last moment. Were we destined to suffer the same fate as the officer we had just seen?"**

Como caído del cielo, un hombre nos ayuda y neutraliza al infectado con la persiana, este hombre es Marvin policía de Raccon City cuyo nombre habíamos escuchado unos segundos antes mientras el otro policía agonizaba. Claire se da cuenta de que Marvin esta mal herido y le dice que vaya al hospital, este se niega rotundamente y nos entrega un cuchillo, herramienta que nos permite acceder a otra zona de la comisaria. Nos dirigimos hacia el ala oeste y nos encontramos con varios agentes brutalmente asesinados recorremos un largo pasillo, afuera llueve y algunos no muertos se asoman en las ventanas cuya resistencia cede con los golpes, mientras recorremos las zonas nos abastecemos de munición que no es que destaquen precisamente por su abundancia y uno que otro folleto que nos explica como llego la comisaria a su estado actual. En resumen la comisaria había sido tomada como refugio pero poco a poco los supervivientes fueron cayendo tanto por problemas internos como externos hasta el punto que ya casi no quedaban supervivientes. Zonas con poca iluminación, incluso el en techo de la oficina oeste colgaba un cartel de bienvenida para Leon no sin antes colocarle un acertijo en su escritorio a modo de broma por sus compañeros, el acertijo consistía en buscar 6 letras que no eran mas que las iniciales de los apellidos de sus compañeros. En la otra habitación se encontraba las taquillas de la comisaria, nos hacemos con algunas cosas debido que en el terminal de desbloqueo faltaban algunos botones.

Like fallen from the sky, a man helps us and neutralizes the infected with the shutter. This man is Marvin, a police officer from Raccoon City, whose name we had heard just seconds earlier while the other officer was agonizing. Claire realizes that Marvin is badly wounded and tells him to go to the hospital, but he firmly refuses and hands us a knife, a tool that allows us to access another area of the station.

We head toward the west wing and encounter several officers brutally murdered. We walk down a long corridor; outside it rains, and some of the undead peer through the windows, their resistance giving way under the blows. As we explore the areas, we stock up on ammunition—which is far from abundant—and find a few pamphlets explaining how the station came to its current state. In short, the police station had been taken as a refuge, but little by little the survivors fell, due to both internal and external problems, until there were almost none left.

Dimly lit areas abound; even in the ceiling of the west office hangs a welcome banner for Leon, not without first placing a puzzle on his desk as a joke from his colleagues. The puzzle consisted of finding six letters, which were nothing more than the initials of his coworkers’ surnames. In the other room were the station’s lockers, from which we managed to obtain some items, though the unlocking terminal was missing a few buttons.

Seguimos recorriendo el ala oeste de la comisaria hasta al cuarto oscuro, una zona segura el cual podemos tomamos un respiro antes de proseguir con la aventura.

We continue exploring the west wing of the police station until we reach the darkroom, a safe zone where we can take a breather before proceeding with the adventure.
