I just feel like there needs to be more real competition to have a truly decentralized market for changing fiat to crypto. It doesn't feel right that they are the only serious player.

I'm not sure. You can see all the exchanges it is on at But, the only one I use that is listed for Reddcoin is Bittrex. Maybe check out youtube reviews for the other exchanges.
