It could be, or maybe not, but ultimately, what does it really matter? Over the years, I've held various jobs, probably reaching eleven or twelve, who can say for sure? In Italy, it's essential to first understand if you enjoy the work you do. Who wants to spend years doing the same thing every day without any passion? Secondly, it's crucial to evaluate how the work is compensated, how many unpaid extra hours are required, and how many vacation days can't be taken due to company demands. Even if there are 200 people working in the company, it often seems like the weight of the entire enterprise falls on the shoulders of a few, as if I'm the one keeping the company afloat. And if you complain or express the desire to leave due to the work environment or company culture, you often hear responses like, "Go ahead, but when you leave, I can assure you there won't be any available positions." Even if these words aren't explicit, the message is clear. But why should we care? If you've made it this far, you likely share some of the mental challenges I face. I have a question: do I have mental health issues, or is it the surrounding world that judges us, saying that today's young people lack the desire to work? In reality, the issue is more complex. My first dog was a gift from a friend, and the story is somewhat unique: the dog had run away, and a lady found him, then gave him to me. When my friend saw the dog, his father said to keep him since he had bought him at the market. The dog stayed with me for 5 years; I named him Bianco. He was all white with two spots, one on his left ear and one on his back. However, I nicknamed him Morbido. Potrebbe essere, o forse no, ma alla fine, che importanza ha davvero? Nel corso degli anni, ho svolto vari lavori, probabilmente undici o dodici, chi può dirlo con certezza? In Italia, è essenziale capire innanzitutto se ti piace il lavoro che fai. Chi vuole passare anni a fare la stessa cosa ogni giorno senza passione? In secondo luogo, è cruciale valutare come il lavoro viene compensato, quante ore extra non retribuite sono richieste e quante ferie non possono essere prese a causa delle richieste aziendali. Anche se ci sono 200 persone che lavorano nell'azienda, spesso sembra che il peso di tutta l'impresa cada sulle spalle di pochi, come se fossi io a tenere in piedi l'azienda. E se ti lamenti o esprimi il desiderio di andartene a causa dell'ambiente di lavoro o della cultura aziendale, spesso senti risposte come: "Vai pure, ma quando te ne andrai, posso assicurarti che non ci saranno posizioni disponibili." Anche se queste parole non sono esplicite, il messaggio è chiaro. Ma perché dovremmo preoccuparcene? Se siete arrivati fin qui, probabilmente condividete alcune delle sfide mentali che affronto. Ho una domanda: ho problemi di salute mentale, o è il mondo circostante che ci giudica, dicendo che i giovani di oggi non hanno voglia di lavorare? In realtà, la questione è più complessa. Il mio primo cane è stato un regalo di un amico, e la storia è piuttosto unica: il cane era scappato, e una signora lo aveva trovato, poi me lo aveva dato. Quando il mio amico ha visto il cane, suo padre ha detto di tenerlo, dato che era con me da ormai 2 settimane . Il cane è stato con me per 5 anni; l'ho chiamato Bianco. Era tutto bianco con due macchie, una sull'orecchio sinistro e una sulla schiena. Tuttavia, l'ho soprannominato Morbidone. Ora ho un altro cane, Cookie, regalato per il mio compleanno, ed è quasi pronto a compiere 3 anni. *"Grazie a tutti coloro che hanno letto il mio post sul mio blog personale.
