经过一晚的忙碌晚班家人凌晨4点30分下线还有一二十间夜猫。但是听到数据后大家都很开心，在班前会上也给白班家人分享了喜悦，掌声瞬间响了起来，“趁热打铁”，今天周六也一个“丰收的季节”，我相信通过大家一起努力，我们的目标很快就能达到，达到目的不是最终目的，而是超越！s

这几天媳妇每天都是早上6点起床，然后去驾校练车，平时在家里自己学习科目一的试题，有的时候一些图标或者一些交警手势等等不明白为什么就会问我，知道的我都会直接解释回答，不是太明白的我也会搜索查看，也填充了自己的“科目一”；虽然以前也学习过但是时间长了就忘记了，这些理论知识也是经过实践证明后自己才感悟更深，理解更透。就像上学时老师让我们背诵文言文等理解意思就会背诵更快，“事半功倍！”u

一觉醒来看看外边已经是白雪皑皑，整个城市看上去仿佛披上了一层白棉被，也提醒大家快要“过年了”。上班之前影哥还提醒我路滑注意安全，大哥知道我住河南需要一段路程，非常感谢大哥的关心，于是我也联系了今天上班的几位住的较远的家人告知路上情况注意安全，小心行驶。天气虽然寒冷但是有时候大哥们的话语让我们会感到“温暖”！r

中午在家里给儿子简单过了一个2岁生日，在切蛋糕的时候，看着两个小家伙激动兴奋的样子，女儿唱起了“生日快乐”，前两块块蛋糕让她端给了爷爷奶奶，后来给妈妈，然后给弟弟，最后我切了一块相对大一点的给女儿，也是对她的奖励，有些基本的礼貌只能是做家长“直接要求”慢慢的成习惯自然也会理解。W

本月的干部活动与以前大有不同，维尚店干部和西峡两店的干部层一起联谊。这次的活动是我们最和蔼可敬的“大家长”伟哥精心安排的，大家都非常高兴和感谢，在活动之前善国兄弟作为这次活动的负责人，也很用心的做出很多细节的考虑，比如安排桌次表，规划流程，买包子，买烧鸡，饮料等，更能体现出他的用心和细心。\

菜上来了，家人们边吃边聊，各个部门都有，大家平时上班难得在一起边吃边聊，你一言我一语的，氛围很好没有冷场和陌生感，就连新加入的两位外场兄弟也给大家“加深了印象”用的是最传统的“酒文化”！本次聚餐以吃为主，喝酒为辅，最后大家酒足饭饱回家，到家后还在群里已文字的形式表明自己已安全到家！S

今天在1楼前台值班一位坐着轮椅的女客人刚从楼上下来，这是我和保安部的家人们一起帮助他的朋友们安全的“着落”到车场。这时刚巧伟哥也看到，并马上让我到前台拿两个毛绒玩具要赠送给这位女客人，拿到后伟哥小跑到车场很热情的双手递上。可以看出客人很出乎意料显得很开心的样子。后来明白伟哥的意思，像这样的客人在此情况还选择了我们，也是对我们的认同和支持，也反应出我们平时对客人的关注和服务的态度。f

今天开周例会的时候，伟哥说到：“咱们店技术调音这块，可以打算安排外调学习培训，把调音技术扎扎实实的掌握！”而且还让影哥和我下去沟通商量，听完我顿时很高兴，对我们技术力量又能“增砖添瓦”，“锦上添花”！而且伟哥每月还会参加“早检”工作，亲自测试，可以看出他对6年店，音响设备的关注与重视！想到这我们技术部一定要努力工作，学习，摸索研究，不能辜负大哥们的“心”！m
