Yes it's just finding the energy after a long week at work. Still finding that routine. Need to sleep earlier and eat better, so my body feels fresh in the morning and wants to go out for a run! Thanks

Yea, it's going to be tough to post every day as my walks to work etc. doesn't cover the minimum 5,000 steps and I'm too tired by the end of the day to go for a jog. I need to get into a good habit. Hope
