Tossed some veggies with olive oil, salt, garlic, pepper, and vinegar and baked at 450F for 40 mins. Easy way to get some veggies in packed with vitamins and fiber. My gut is so happy!

It’s pouring here in Seattle. It does almost all the time actually- but more so in spring. As much as the rain sucks there’s so much color and green as a result. It’s so incredibly green and colorful.
