Maybe not new apps though, just better development of the ones we already have. Dtube is a constant frustration for me with its loading times and uploading errors. Steemit could also use more attention

Good read, it's difficult to imagine what might help detect metastasis if detecting ctcs from blood is as hard as you say. Maybe we can find a way to profile cells where ctcs may be likely to form.
