今天超哥拿了一个新的吹风机给我，听他说完之后我顿时明白超哥的用心，现在天气非常冷考虑到家人们洗完头发比较冷，所以超哥就自掏腰包购买了一个吹风机，本来男女更衣室有一个，但是只能一次一个人使用，而且来回借用中间可能有很多家人等待使用可能会着凉感冒，给大家说完多了一个吹风大家都很高兴，不由自主的把掌声送给超哥，其中有大家的感谢和超哥的关怀，这就是我们的“大超哥”，总想着“我们最棒的团队”！p

“消防工作，人人有责”！对于消防知识每周六不但店内会组织默写“三会三化，四个能力，一懂三会，三知四会一联通”，还要组织学习培训穿戴“消防战斗服”，抛掷水袋，链接消火栓等等，每月公司领导也会亲自带队到各店对消防隐患排查。已经形成了常态化，每位员工都必须熟练掌握！X

这几天媳妇每天都是早上6点起床，然后去驾校练车，平时在家里自己学习科目一的试题，有的时候一些图标或者一些交警手势等等不明白为什么就会问我，知道的我都会直接解释回答，不是太明白的我也会搜索查看，也填充了自己的“科目一”；虽然以前也学习过但是时间长了就忘记了，这些理论知识也是经过实践证明后自己才感悟更深，理解更透。就像上学时老师让我们背诵文言文等理解意思就会背诵更快，“事半功倍！”[

菜上来了，家人们边吃边聊，各个部门都有，大家平时上班难得在一起边吃边聊，你一言我一语的，氛围很好没有冷场和陌生感，就连新加入的两位外场兄弟也给大家“加深了印象”用的是最传统的“酒文化”！本次聚餐以吃为主，喝酒为辅，最后大家酒足饭饱回家，到家后还在群里已文字的形式表明自己已安全到家！s

店里晚上非常繁忙，听说晚上22点全部待满，全体家人从上到下都是“小跑”，客人一波接一波很是火爆。白班也留下的2位外场兄弟和1位保安部兄弟进行加班协助，大家很有续，忙而不乱，也没有抱怨的情绪，都是攒着一把劲，忙而开心！j
