A Platonic Solid is a 3D shape where: each face is the same regular polygon. The same number of polygons meet at each vertex (corner)

This is what I learnt in my foundation year of my Design journey.

The task was to make different platonic solids with the paper. The whole class made 3 figures each of every type of platonic solid. At the end of the day, we accumulated a mountain of platonic solids of different sizes and colours. It was very difficult to build a 3D shape with the paper as paper was not so strong to hold the 3D figure. There is a specific technique how one can make a perfect platonic solid. At the end of the assignment, each one us was able to make neat and perfect solids.

After submitting the solids to our teacher, we were thinking of the creative ways to get rid of the chunk of solids from our class. Our teacher suggested us to make an object or somethig by combining the all the solids together. We decided to built a man from the pieces and to hang it from the ceiling beside the wall. We coloured some parts of it and pasted every solid carefully at the correct place to maintain the balance in the body.

We completed this in two days and at the end we were happy with the results. Unfortunately, I do not have the final image of it hanging from the ceiling. I hope you like it. Let me know what do you think about it.
