¿Que Quien Soy? Jajaja...

Es una pregunta que hace 5 años solo dibujaba una nube blanca con mi nombre en mi cabeza.

¿Ahora? La Mejor Versión de Mi...

Ahora puedo contestar con más certeza y seguridad. Las mismas que antes me faltaban. Aún sigo trabajando en ellas.

"Pues antes no sabía en absoluto quién era, más que mi nombre."

Tampoco me había dado cuenta como seguía patrones que cumplían con una lealtad falsa hacia las memorias de mis ancestras. Todo esto lo fui descubriendo cuando empecé a indagar en este maravilloso mundo del sagrado femenino. Específicamente cuando asistí a mi primer círculo de mujeres. ---

Who am I? Hahaha...

It's a question that five years ago only drew a white cloud with my name on it.
Now? The Best Version of Me...
Now I can answer with more confidence and certainty. The same ones I was missing before. I'm still working on them
"Because before I didn't know who I was at all, other than my name."
Nor had I realized how I followed patterns that followed a false loyalty to the memories of my ancestors. I discovered all this when I started to investigate this wonderful world of the sacred feminine. Specifically when I attended my first circle of women.

At that time I was a woman full of turbulent emotions, fears - taboos, locked in my comfort zone. I ventured for the first time to a trip outside my hometown, Puerto la Cruz - Anzoátegui.

--- Mi Ciudad Natal, Puerto La Cruz, Estado Anzoátegui - Lechería ( Playa Lido )

Ciudad llena de mares y pescadores, con clima tropical y muy acogedor ( la cual extraño tanto ) para irme a uno montañoso y frío lugar llamado Cubiro, un pueblo que queda cerca de Barquisimeto, Estado Lara, Venezuela. A unos 45 minutos aproximadamente.

A city full of seas and fishermen, with a tropical climate and very welcoming (which I miss so much) to go to a mountainous climate and cold place called Cubiro, a town that is near Barquisimeto, Lara State, Venezuela. About 45 minutes away.

Mi Primer Circulo de Sagrado Femenino

Ese día fui a encontrarme con mujeres que iban en búsqueda de su propia sanación, así como yo.

Mujeres con problemas personales profundos, como los tuyos, como los míos, cada quien desde su proceso; enfermedades en sus úteros, separaciones, abandonos y un sinfín de situaciones en la que te sientes como una hormiguita de tanto mundo frente a ti.

Me di cuenta que no era la única con situaciones complejas o difíciles de lidiar día a día. ¡Incluso si eres niña! Descubrí, que desde desde la infancia empezamos a guardar nuestras experiencias en el subconsciente.

Aquel primer día del circulo de mujeres ( fueron varios días ), cuando empezó la ceremonia de apertura, vi aquella gran mujer, abuela, madre, guía, alzando su tabaco y elevando su rezo con el canto a los 4 elementos supe que eso era lo que mi espíritu buscaba. ¡Sentí que era estar en casa!

My First Sacred Feminine Circle

That day I went to meet women who were seeking their own healing, as well as me.
Women with deep personal problems, like yours, like mine, each one from their own process; illnesses in their wombs, separations, abandonment and an endless number of situations in which you feel like an ants of so much world in front of you.
I realized that I was not the only one with complex or difficult situations to deal with day by day, even if you are a child! I discovered, that since childhood we started to keep our experiences in the subconscious.
That first day of the women's circle ( it was several days ), when the opening ceremony started, I saw that great woman, grandmother, mother, guide, raising her tobacco and raising her prayer with the song to the 4 elements I knew that this was what my spirit was looking for.
I felt that it was being at home!

--- --- Circulo del Sagrado Femenino en el Pueblo de Cubiro

Recuerdo tomadas todas de la mano alzando nuestros vuelos.

La garganta se estaba preparando para soltar todo lo que fuera necesario, el canto abrió nuestra voz.

Nos sentamos, Inició lo que llamamos el bastón de la palabra. Con una pluma en mano derecha y un tabaco al izquierda, bote mi humo, soplando a la pluma para expresar lo que sentía, aunque no sabía cómo, ni que decir.

¡Respire!

Con los ojos aguados deje que saliera lo que tenía que salir...

Sacred Female Circle in Cubiro Town
I remember all of us holding hands and raising our flights.

The throat was getting ready to let go of whatever was needed, the singing opened up our voice.
We sat down, what we called the talking stick began. With a feather in my right hand and a tobacco in my left, I blew out my smoke, blowing into the feather to express what I felt, though I did not know how, nor what to say.
I Breathe!
With teary eyes I let out what had to come out...

--- Miré el fuego con voz quebradiza dije:

Mi nombre es Paola, tengo 25, soy hija de Elenys y nieta de Teodora. Estoy aquí porque quiero dejar de ser tan vulnerable, sumisa. Expresar lo que no me hace sentir bien. Dejar de callar cuando quiero gritar y hablar cuando necesito ser escuchada.

Me volqué completa! en mi propia mierda...
No sabía que tanto era lo que tenía que sanar. "¿Se puede sanar?, pensé. Sí, así de desconectada estaba." --- I looked at the fire in a brittle voice, I said:

My name is Paola, I'm 25, daughter of Elenys and granddaughter of Teodora. I'm here because I want to stop being so vulnerable, submissive. To express what doesn't make me feel good. To stop being silent when I want to scream and talk when I need to be heard.

I've turned my back on my own shit...
I didn't know how much I had to heal. "Can it be healed," I thought. Yeah, that's how disconnected I was.

--- Me revolqué en la mierda porque no aceptaba quien Yo Soy, que también soy un Ser que siente y que no soy un objeto inanimado de plástico o de madera muerta...
Que está bien sentirse mal y llorar, que no todo es perfecto. Que no existen los príncipes azules, esos, que tanto estamos acostumbradas a imaginarnos - “NO EXISTE “. Ese que no rompe un plato y que hará lo que tú quieres para satisfacer tu ego. Que hay amores que te enseñaran y se irán y que habrán otros que no querrás. Que está bien ser la ovejita negra de la familia, que no cumples con las expectativas que tienen de ti. Que no eres la hija que mami soñó. Ni la nieta consentida que un día pensaste que podías ser. Que no eres esa hermana ejemplar que tú madre quería que fueras, modelo y famosa solo para llenar sus ilusiones, ni mucho menos esa mujer “exitosa” trabajadora las 24/7 del día, en una cápsula de oficina. Ese día me quebré en mil pedazos. aprendí, a hablar, a comunicar,a soltar. Aprendí que también soy mujer. Me sentí sostenida y contenida por todas, mujeres que apenas conocían mi nombre pero que también conocieron todo de mi y de lo que nunca me atreví a decir, siquiera a mis amigas. Mis caretas de tener una vida sin problemas se cayeron ese día. ¡Renací!

I rolled in the shit because I did not accept who I Am, that I am also a feeling Being and that I am not an inanimate object of plastic or dead wood...

That it's okay to feel bad and cry, that not everything is perfect. That there is no such thing as a Prince Charming, that we are so used to imagining - "IT DOES NOT EXIST". The one who doesn't break a plate and who will do what you want to do to satisfy your ego. That there are loves that will teach you and go away and that there will be others that you will not want. That it's okay to be the black sheep of the family, that you don't meet their expectations of you. That you're not the daughter Mommy dreamed of. Or the spoiled granddaughter you once thought you could be. That you are not that exemplary sister that your mother wanted you to be, a model and a celebrity just to fill her illusions, and much less that "successful" woman who works 24/7 in an office capsule. I broke into a thousand pieces that day. I learned, to speak, to communicate, and to let go. I learned that I am also a woman. I felt supported and contained by all, women who barely knew my name but who also knew everything about me and what I never dared to say, even to my friends. My masks of having a trouble-free life fell off that day.
I was reborn!

Hoy ayudo, contengo y sostengo cada hermana que requiere de apoyo.
Canto para elevar un rezo y sahumerear si las energías se encuentran densas. Bailo cuando el cuerpo esta estresado para volver al centro. Uso mis herramientas cuando intuyo que algo no anda bien. Las plantas son parte de mi poder y las uso para curar heridas y aullentar malas energías. ¡Hoy Soy Mujer! Mujer Sanadora, Angeóloga y Canalizadora. Ha sido un largo camino a mi interior...

Today I am a Guide in Sacred Women's Circles

Today I help, support and sustain every sister who needs support.

I sing to raise a prayer and sahumerear if the energies are dense. I dance when the body is stressed to return to the centre. I use my tools when I sense that something is not right. Plants are part of my power and I use them to heal wounds and howl bad energies. Today I am a woman! Healing Woman, Angeologist and Channeler. It's been a long road inside me.

--- Hoy Soy Mamá

Cumpliendo apenas sus 4 meses de post parto. Y vaya que que meses! ( Otro mundo de transformaciones ) Tan hermosos como intensos. Aún mi útero esta volviendo a su lugar.

Hoy soy mami de Ian y esposa de @thenaturalista mi SOL.

Un hombre medicina maravilloso que camina junto a mi día a día. Lo conocí en el camino de medicinas ancestrales, en una ceremonia de Jurema para ser exacta. Duró dos días y se convirtió en lo que hoy ya son 4 años “y los que faltan”. (Esa es otra historia que les contaré más adelante, en otro post)

Today I'm Mom

I'm only in my fourth month of postpartum. And what months! ( Another world of transformation ) So beautiful, so intense. Even my uterus is returning to its place.

Today I am Ian's mommy and wife of @thenaturalist my SUN.

A wonderful medical man who walks beside me every day. I met him on the ancient medicine path, in a Jurema ceremony to be exact. It lasted two days and became what is now 4 years "and the rest". (That's another story I'll tell you later, in another post)
