Hola Hiverun Runners...

I was in a good mood that day. After leaving duty at 5 p.m., I took a break, lay down, and started warming up. I warmed up at home while waiting for nightfall. Unlike usual, this time I waited until 7 p.m. before heading to Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, my favorite place as always.

Once I arrived at the stadium, I took a short break before finally running non-stop. Yes, this time I didn't stop after the first kilometer. I ran four times around the main stadium's ring road. I was so strong that I kept runningβsomething that usually doesn't happen. It had been a long time since I'd run in one run without stopping. I would have even finished the fifth lap if only I hadn't been so thirsty.
I hadn't even had a drink during the run, so it's no surprise that by the fourth lap I was already dehydrated. I didn't want to push myself, so I stopped right there.

What I've noticed lately is that I haven't experienced stomach cramps or felt like vomiting while runningβlike I did when I first started running regularly. So, it seems my body is starting to cooperate. I was so happy to be enjoying my run. That day, I sweated more than I had on the previous run. Wasn't that a sign that I was progressing well?
