Based on Sake, coconut and outlaw Tatratea, mango juice and elderflower

I had the chance to spend an afternoon at Apicius Paris, one of the greatest cocktail bar in Paris. Don't look for a trendy place or a speakeasy, this bar is old fashioned but in a good way, cocktails

One of my first creation for : the Floriental, based on the Silent Pool Gin, it's a mix of elderflower, cambava, kumquats and passion fruit.
