This 600 Sq. Meter office space on 14th floor in Port Louis will be converted into a 600 meter luxury penthouse with a view onto the Indian Ocean. Foreigners can buy. As is, grey walls, it is going onto the market for € 750,000.

What better way to start the day, before my meeting, my cappuccino, 2 morning papers and I'm ready to "roll the rock". I chose the Garden Cafe at Bagatelle, as it has a nice centre table that can accommodate 5 persons comfortably for a 2 hour meeting.

As the sunsets, with a yacht on the horizon, I bid all Steemians a wonderful Sunday to come.

🐬 Dolphins ahoy. That white splash 💦 is a dolphin. They swam away with the noise from the outboard engines. ☔ Rain ahead. Tamarin, Mauritius visible on the horizon. A good 10 minutes at full speed. Sun setting in 45 minutes.

⛵ Perfect day to take a yacht, alone, and venture into the Indian Ocean. 🚤 🍷 A glass of wine, alone, for the sunset 🌇 what else could one wish for? My sole ally is solitude. I enjoy being alone sometimes, do you? ☀
