Doesn't this change just buff attack builds a ton? Why bother putting more in scavenger golems if you can just attack others taking the effort and time to do so? For this change, how about we also integrate

I do believe Modern having the anti-bot measures is the best option mainly because newer players will mostly be going to play Modern and having people win more in Modern would directly encourage more players

1 - The 500k limit should be honored as much as possible but minimal pack increases should be fine. This is not even 1% increase. YES 2 - I have personally experienced the voucher textbox not showing up.
