Adapun dua faktor itu yaitu faktor di modifikasi dan tidak di modifikasi. Faktor Dimodifikasi yakni merokok, kegemukan (obesitas), kurang aktifitas fisik, konsumsi garam berlebihan, konsumsi alkohol dan stres. Sedangkan faktor yang tidak dapat dimodifikasi dalam hal ini mencakup umur, jenis kelamin, serta bawaan genetik atau riwayat keluarga. Adapun cara mencegahnya : 1. Stop Merokok 2.
