Sweet Egg custard maybe the best word for asoekaya, and from the wrapped leaves I can tell that it's not the finest leaves like pusang wak or kepok or pusang ayam leaves, a bit darker 😊 well you should mentioned about the filling of timphan, it's not just sweet egg custard or egg jam. But also sweetened coconut shred right?
