Dried chocolate 125 grams, melt
50 ml of salad / fry oil
margarine 50 gram, melt
Sweetened condensed milk 50 ml
Chicken egg 4 grains
180 gram sugar
Cake emulsifier / SP 1 tsp
The protein flour is 100 grams
Chocolate powder 1 tbsp
Chocolate pasta 1sdm
- Mix the chocolate, oil, margarine, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir well, set aside.
2.beat eggs, sugar, and SP until white and thick
Put the mixture of flour and cocoa powder while stirring until blended
Pour the chocolate mixture slowly cook while stirring until blended.
Pour the dough in a 20x20 cm baking dish baked with bread paper and polished margarine.
6.steam batter until cooked for 30-40 minutes. Lift and chill.
