No beer since the 27th December ✅
Some form of exercise on all but one day since the 1st January ✅
And I can both see and feel the change already. That may sound rather swift but if you replace 2/3 weeks of booze with 2/3 weeks of no booze then the calorie deficit is huge - probably 1000 - 2000 a day. And then at the same time introduce 300/400 calories of exercise burn, as apposed to 0 previously - that's something like 20,000 calories either not consumed or burned.
So whilst I've not been posting much of this for fear of becoming a broken record (#selfdefense anyone?), I'm pretty proud of what I've achieved thus far.
