I couldn't help it... I love pizza turnovers! I was hungry... the turnover was there... one thing led to another... and... now its in the turnover heaven! 🙈
I have as a goal to make at least 10k movements a day cause I don't always have time to do a proper workout but by now I'm used to it so if I managed to do some 10k that's enough for me! I'm not competing with anyone, I'm doing this to loose some extra "fluffyness" 😅... Most of the times I eat healthy so for me diet is more like a waste of time cause I do eat healthy 90% of the time. My problem was that I wasn't moving enough and since I started using actifit that has change. So I can eat an occasional junk food without feeling bad about it.
This week I will start to use some weights cause I want to tone my muscles... It will be ugly if all starts to hang everywhere, right?! Hehe
