Lately I have time for absolutely nothing, not even to workout but thankfully I just turn the actifit app to record all my movements while on the go. I'm an expert when it comes to making quick dinners, why the hell spending hours in the kitchen when in 20 minutes or less you can have a delicious healthy meal?
I remember I told to make noodles for me today but he never cooked! 😒 You was supposed to feed me today, Blue! So I made spaghetti with veggies and octopus in less than 20 mins. Delicious, healthy and quick. Take that Blue, I feed myself! Shame on you!! 😂
