I've gotten way off track with my eating lately. You might have seen several of my posts lately involving ice cream desserts. Time to get back on track. This plate is a version of the Sonoma Diet. One of the guidelines is to use the salad plate instead of the bigger dinner plate. Then one half the plate should be veggies, one fourth carbohydrate, and one fourth protein. This photo was my supper tonight. Broccoli and cauliflower medley, baked pork loin, and Simply Nature Organic Seven Grains. And it was pretty darn good.
Now if I can stay away from the ice cream and popcorn tonight!
We took a walk this morning in the park. I'm loving the cooler mornings now. But I hate to think we're into September already. I love fall but it always seems so short.
This afternoon we put YouTube up on the big screen TV and practiced our new dances for about an hour. Tomorrow is the day I teach Built For Blue Jeans to my dance class. I hope they like it!
