Headed to hot yoga last night and I'm aiming to go tomorrow morning as well so today was supposed to be a bit easier... Instead I played basketball and walked 30 floors of stairs afterwards. Maybe just excited that the week is almost over?
Quick edit: whenever I shoot around by myself, I usually play 2 "games".
One is just 25 free throws where I do a jumpshot and/or running layup between attempts and count my free throw % (16 for 25 this time around... a pretty solid score).
In the second, I play against myself as a 1 pointer vs a 2 pointer. This means that I shoot between the free throw and 2 point line until I miss then shoot from behind the 2 point line until I miss. The scores are tracked separately and I go until I hit 25 pts with one. This time around I was around 25 for 32 from 1 pointers and 2 for 9 from 2 pointers so it was a landslide.
They are both pretty much just ways to push myself and get a better workout when solo.
