Walked back and forth from work and ran some errands today which propped up my steps for the day. Throw in the following workout and I had a solid total!

Shootaround and FT (12 of 25 eek) warmup
1 mile run
3 rounds:
10 db press
15 bw squat
5 pushup
30 mountain climbers
10 backwards lunges
30 bicycle kicks
