I hope you had a great day! Here is my mini blog where i go through todays training or workout and give you some info on how my day went.
Still SORE from the HIIT training from Wednesday, legs weak, hamstrings hurt ššŖ
Its the positive type of pain, means that we worked hard and the team
Although Iām sore ilI still went to the gym and worked on mu biceps-the only thing that wasnt really sore :)
It was our first training there as a company and i really liked it although it was hard.
Will keep going and keep you posted about it
