Greetings lovelies,
I am amazed that my Fitbit can sync up with Actifit. As if I needed more encouragement to get into shape. I've put on a bit of chubs as of late and when better to take things seriously than a fresh new month? I been bitten by the eating disorder bug and took comfort in stuffing myself with deliciousness with little to no exercise. Not a good thing to happen to a foodie, huh? Don't worry, I'm getting it under control.
Today I had bit of a small adventure. I'm staying over at Trivandrum city for a bit to hangout with my fam. It's so hot out, I try my best to stay indoors. I can't wait to go back to my own place where it's cool. One of the downsides to putting on weight is that you sweat easily. I don't like the feeling of being drenched while out and about.

Then I dropped in on fam and helped with housework.
I didn't eat much today, just nibbled on some apple here and grapes there. I did have a hearty lunch of dishes Szechuan Style Paneer Fried Rice and Green Peas Curry.

It was a pretty lazy day for me. I did manage to do a bit of cardio at the apartment's gym, but nothing to be proud about. I'll try to do a proper session tomorrow.
