Ayyy, today I best another chest record!! I just completed an incline dumbell press of 40 pounds and 12 reps!!
This is up from 40x8 last week
A few things could affect this:
Better sleep and a cleaner diet
Also just to track my progress, currently I’m working on increasing my benchpress for two weeks in a row i hit 45 on each side 4x.
