See my today's fitness report.... amazingly got my goal.... after wake up by morning , I go for running ...then I take my breakfast ...after that , I go for my daily basis stuff ..and then after some rest ...I go for cycling to the gym far from my home ...it's a really great day with my daily exercise , also I am Happy with this actfit fitness report....
