How many of you have had Guarana? It is my all time favorite drink. When I lived in Brazil I would drink it by the gallons. It was sooo hot in Brazil this stuff was a lifesaver.
Today I got my steps in walking around the office. Good to move a little even when you work for 14 hours. I cannot believe how bad my neck and back hurt after working at the computer that long. I need to move more and I feel better.
