its time to get back to working out.
After being out of commission for some time I am feeling a lot better and I even played golf this week. It feels very good to be back and being able to sleep the whole night without pain.
I went to the gym and got an easy lift in. I am one that gets very sore when i start lifting again so it's nice to take it slow while I am coming back.
I hope to go back to 3 weight workouts a week and 3 sauna sessions as well.
I am considering saving up and building my own little gym at my house. my buddies are lifting during the day more and more and I am stuck at work during that time. So I hope that I can work more at home and not have to drive to the gym every day. Then I could get to 5 days a week hopefully.
It's good to feel healthy again.
If you are healthy don't take it for granted. enjoy it.
