I ended up messing up my foot this weekend. Its really put a damper on my mood. I was feeling great as getting in better shape. Now I cannot even walk without crutches.
The good news is that I do not have a broken bone. Just lots of swelling and bruised bone in my foot.
So it's time for me to chill. I will be pausing my posting on this account for the next 2-3 weeks while I recover. I hope to be back to full strength by then and start sharing my progress with you. But while I am injured I am going to skip posting on actifit and posting about other workouts.
For those of you that can, keep moving!!!!
