It was a very short night. I slept late and woke up early. I had a book to finish and the night time is best for concentration and assimilation.
I read voraciously, breaking intermittently to visit the toilet and the bar. I ate chin chin, drank wine and paced across my parlour just to keep awake as nature pushed back.
Finally nature had its way and I had to give in but that didn't last for long as I soon got up in readiness for the days other activities.
It looks like it was a "steps" day. Walking from home to office and back, accumulated short distance walks all through the day and mostly around the office facility, intermittent short - period dances are among the things that made my day so thick and rewarding.
