Oh yeah!
It looks like I found a new motivation.
In truth, motivation has a way of driving or propelling someone towards desirable accomplishments. I really can't explain it, yet I can't deny the fact that I just kept pushing up in my activity level for about two days now.
The last couple of days before now haven't been at all encouraging. It looked like I missed something as I found myself struggling to attain rewardable activity level. Usually, I'm not a lay back person in terms of pursuing and attaining set out goals but this time I just felt very heavy and I don't seem to know why. Obviously something was missing and I think it was my motivation.
But at last I fixed it.
I started off very early with a mix of jogging and walking down the street and back. Of course my actifit app was switched on. I prepped up both myself and the kids for the day and off we went. The children to school and I to work.
Out there at work, I discovered that I was extraordinarily energetic which naturally culminated in more activities, reaching and surpassing my newly set daily goal.
During break at twelve I got extra time to jog in the office premises. I paced up and down between twelve and one for about fifty minutes.
There's no doubting the feeling of elation and fulfillment that trailed the whole event.
I think I found my zest back. Sustain it, ... that's a gist for some other day.
