Hi guys! Today began with Bible study which was enlightening as always.
When I got home, it was planned to run to Bellingham for an errand and then out to the bay for our daily hike. It has been several weeks since we’ve been there. So, we strolled to Fairhaven and was just in time to watch folks board a ‘tall ship’ for what was a dinner cruise. After they pulled out, we headed to the marine park. As we arrived, we began looking for the ship and spotted it immediately out in the bay. We wondered whether or not they would actually deploy the sails as the guests on board might be subjected to the ‘boom’ and I would guess, could be knocked overboard. As we were sitting there, it became apparent that the sails were being raised. It’s was quite interesting to watch. I snapped a few pics of it which you can see behind the Fitbit stats and the other attached pics. The weather was perfect with a brisk breeze which took care of any heat or humidity. Of course, on the way back, we stopped for the mocha frappes we planned on purchasing. All in all, a very good day with my best friend!💕
