Not much to write about as i didn't engage in event. Yesterday was a day of alot of walking activity, it started with a walk as early as 5 am in the morning and a lot of moving about in the office, unfortunately i was not monitoring my actifit app to make sure it stay running in the background so i could only manage a two thousands plus count and after closing another round of walking.
Got to my wife workshop, stay an hour before packing up and another round of walking again even though i was damn tired and feeling sleepy. At home went out to buy biscuit to hold my stomach pending when food will be ready and while at that i engage in marketing my wife business to prospective returning client and a deal was sealed, got home play with my daughter to so as to give her mum some space and freedom to do what she was doing.
