I'm back with another report, pretty much the same as yesterday. Unfortunately nothing much has happened. I did my walking as usual, picking a route that has stairs and elevation so I can burn more calories and kept the pace at a level that can't be called comfortable.
You have to keep your heart rate at a certain level to be efficient. I'm not monitoring my heart rate unless jogging but that's not the case yet. However, I try to not just walk like I'm sleeping on my feet but move at a pace that facilitates calorie burning.
I prefer these places because although you're in a city where you can't escape pollution, these places are full of green, therefore less pollution. It's better than walking alongside the road and inhaling all the pollution left in the air by cars.
Also did my core muscles training which weights, no skipping exercises due to stomach pain this time. Pretty soon I can take out my ankle weights and use them to intensify my training. It's going to be painful at first but also fun. A bit of sore muscles won't kill anyone if you do it right. A proper warmup can help a lot.
Winter can be tricky as people tend to avoid outdoor activities due to low temperatures. Sitting at home doing now exercise can make you weak and lower your stamina in a few months and paired with poor vitamin intake can harm you a lot. I need to be careful and about that. I'm going to write about how you can get stronger and strengthen your immune system in another blog another time.
