Soo, we got this nice Click & Grow smart garden as a gift a few days ago. What is it, you ask? Basically, you just plant seeds in those tiny pots, add water and switch it on. The smart garden takes care of heating, light and water by itself.
So after I realized this has been laying around for a day and no-one was weirdly showing any interest on this, I happily took it to myself to set it up.
Not much to do, really. The seeds come in small dirt lumps, which look like used coffee pod pads. Or you can experiment and plant your own seeds. As you can see, we've got lettuce, basil and tomato.
So just added the pads, put those tiny lids on for greenhouse effect, poured the water and plugged it in. No more storebought lettuce! Homegrown lettuce is gonna be on my fried egg sandwich every morning from now on! :)
Expecting sprouts in a week or so. Apologies about the photo quality, the various colors on the lights mess with the optics somehow.
