January is nearly over and now I am serious about fitness. Yesterday I hit the gym and did some speed training on the treadmill, sprinting and walking, cycling on an uphill ascent.
Then today I did a 30 minute Insanity, which is always tough but which today nearly broke me.
So far this year my physical exertion has been high. Now, as is often the case, diet is the real hurdle. Fortunately I have some good news on that front also, been skipping some treats, going bunless on my burger, and skipping a 3rd cookie yesterday and today... ok so I still have work to do, but who doesn't.
Anyways things are good. Feeling great about life, family, fitness, and crypto. Been stacking more and more intangible coins with Brave, Steemmonsters.com and Actifit, plus help from Steem-engine.com.
