Today I reached a new high score at 12512 steps, I wasnt feeling well today and may have been dehydrated from the heat and lack of fluids. I recommed that if you are going to be active make sure you drink the daily amount of water needed.
Also take it slow and remember that its not a sprint and competition.
We are all here to get fit and stay health.
Most importantly we are here to grow.
