After a few days of being unactive im back, i had hurt my leg and could not hit my actifit goals but i finally hit above 11,000 steps from doing exercises at the gym.
I plan to post more now that my leg feels better. I think it was a minor stress fracturs. It feels better now and tue swelling has gone down.
I did a lot of sprints for this workout. My advice is to take it easy and stay hydrated.
