First time using the Actifit app on my phone.
Supposedly my goal was to reach at least 5000 today by jogging in place for 30 minutes. However I only got around half(2500). T_T
I'm not sure how everyone does it, how they reaching over 10k when I am already running out of breath for my mere 2,500 lol
A part of me thinks though that I should have held my phone on my hand and exaggerate my movements so that it could count faster. Lol
