This is my first post through the actifit app, I got 3500+ steps in the morning but wanted to reach 10,000+ so I did more routine and reps for every activities carried out. The app really motivated me this evening and am glad to have met my target. tracked today a total of 10153 steps via Actifit Fitness Tracker.
This involved performing activity related to Walking, Jogging, Running, Cycling, Weight Lifting
