Today I went to my strength training class. The instructor had us doing cardio, side and front leg lifts, wall and chair push ups, arms lifts to the front and side with weights, and squats with weights. I worked with 4 lbs weights today.
Back at home, I had a fairly relaxing day, I didn't have to cook today. Thank God.
Tonight we had to attend a HOA meeting at our local library.
Had a late dinner and I didn't have time to walk on my treadmill to get my 10,000 steps for today.
Thanking God for this day.
